主讲人简介：

       Ann Bartow is the professor of the Law School at Pace University. Her scholarship focuses on the intersection between intellectual property laws and public policy concerns, privacy and technology law, and feminist legal theory, and she has published numerous articles and book chapters on these subjects.  During the 2011-2012 academic year, Professor Bartow serves as a Fulbright Scholar at Tongji University in Shanghai, China.

       Professor Bartow is the past Chair and a current member of the American Association of Law Schools Executive Committee of the Defamation and Privacy Section. She also is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Law, Property and Society and a Member of Advisory Board of the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC). Professor Bartow is a member of the American Law Institute.
