From December 6 to 8, the second stage of the 2023 Understanding Contemporary China National Foreign Language Skills Competition (Multilingual Group) and the National Finals were successfully held at Jiuhua Resort in Beijing.
LIU Yining, a graduate student from the Japanese Language Department of School of Foreign Studies, stood out through rounds of selection and ultimately won the silver medal in the finals. On the stage, LIU remained calm and composed, using real-life examples to illustrate the theme, showcasing rich knowledge and excellent on-the-spot performance and adaptability. This demonstrated the outstanding language proficiency and analytical skills of SFS students from Tongji University.
