NSSFC approves 3 projects from School of Foreign Languages under the Chinese Academic Foreign Translation Program

The National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC) has recently released the list of approved projects for the 2022-2023 Chinese Academic Foreign Translation Program. Among the approved endeavors are three projects from Tongji University's School of Foreign Languages, by Professors Wu Huiping, Zhang Jingtian, and Qian Chunchun. This brings our total successful bids to an impressive twenty over the past five years.

The Chinese Academic Foreign Translation Program is designed to fund scholarly works that encapsulate the standards, cultural essence, and leading-edge advancements of Chinese academia. These works, once translated into foreign languages, are dispatched for publication by prestigious overseas entities and distributed globally. The objective is to deepen international academic dialogue, enhance the global impact of Chinese scholarship, and encourage cross-cultural learning.
