同济大学言语-语言加工研究中心结合语言学、心理学、神经科学和医学等领域的理论和手段，立足外语和二语特色，积极开展言语-语言-听力科学研究，以更好地服务社会和民众言语交流需求。 

中心研究团队现有教授三人，副教授两人，助理教授两人，以及硕士、博士研究生和博士后研究人员十余人。 中心研究成果丰富，具有鲜明的学科交叉特色，已在国内外相关领域权威期刊发表论文数十篇，获批国家社科基金项目、教育部人文社科项目以及上海市哲社项目十余项， 并获得多家人工智能、声学与听力科技企业横向项目资助。 

中心的主要工作内容包括外语/二语学习者、耳蜗移植儿童、自闭症儿童和老年人等各类人群不同层次的语音、语言认知加工机制以及听力障碍研究，并与相关医院、特教机构和企业合作，进行语音智能、语言学习产品和特殊人群言语听力、康复设备研发探索。中心团队师生通过举办或参加学术会议等形式积极与国际、国内学者开展学术交流，并与国际著名语音学家和科研机构建立学术合作关系。

The Center for Speech and Language Processing (CSLP) is committed  to research on foreign/second language processing, utilizing theories  and techniques across the disciplines of linguistics, psychology,  neuroscience, and medical science. In response to the urgent social  needs, the Center also focuses on a wide variety of research topics  related to speech, language and hearing sciences to improve the lives  of individuals with communication disorders. 

Currently, the Center conducts research on speech and language  processing in foreign/second language learners, the elderly, children  with cochlea implants, and children with autism spectrum disorder.  The Center also provides support for the clinical assessment and  intervention of speech disorders, and it carries out cutting-edge  research and development on hearing rehabilitation equipment by  partnering with special education schools, medical organizations, and  industries.
